Customized/Personalized Items
• Allow 3–5 business days for crafting, quality checks, and personalization
• Once production begins, personalized items cannot be cancelled or modified

Delivery Issues
Late Delivery:
A delayed package is not eligible for a refund, unless the courier officially declares it lost.
Missing or Late (30+ days):

and we will investigate.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Check with the courier
- Ask neighbors or your local post office
- File a police report if theft is suspected

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window:
• Orders may already be processing and cancellation is no longer guaranteed
• Customized items cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled; a return request must be initiated instead
We will always try to assist, but cancellations are not guaranteed once processing starts.
Returns, Damages & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact us within 15 days with photo or video evidence for a replacement or refund.
Any Items:
Non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Full-Price Items:
Eligible for refund.
Sale Items:
Eligible for store credit only.
Important:
Do not return any package to the sender address without contacting customer support. Our return facility is different, and unauthorized returns will not be processed.
